It was in 2011 when I worked with Tyas for the very first time in Multiply Indonesia. She was the Senior Marketing Manager, and I was the HR Manager.

We took different path after 1.5 years of working together, but later reunited when she was appointed as the Chairman at Yayasan Pita Kuning Anak Indonesia (http://pitakuning.or.id) in 2016.

She offered me a position I couldn’t resist – volunteering as HR professional in Pita Kuning, a philanthropic foundation for children with cancer.
